My Story
My name is Sarah and I am a Scentsy Junkie. I started as a Scentsy customer, buying all of my favorite wax scents from a local consultant. After spending way too much money on product I decided I might as well sign up as a consultant so I could get discounts on the products I loved. In my mind, it was a great side hustle in additional to my full time job. Discounts on my favorite products, plus a little extra income to cover my iced coffee!? SIGN ME UP!! I joined in April 2021.
I quickly hit my first goals with Scentsy. I saw the amazing benefits that Scentsy gave me for hitting these goals and I craved that feeling of accomplishment. I kept going and kept pushing my way to Certified Consultant. Then to Lead Consultant. And Star. And SuperStar. And then.. my biggest accomplishment - I hit Director in 11 months! I was ECSTATIC! I have an amazing team of over 40 women that inspire me to be my best self every single day.
Scentsy has changed my life. It has allowed me to take a job I absolutely LOVE because it gives me a little bit of financial freedom. Scentsy gave me my absolute dream vacation - an Alaskan cruise, where I saw the most beautiful landscapes I have ever seen. I have earned another bucket list vacation - New York City, where I enjoyed the absolute CHAOS which my mom by my side. In 2024 I earned my most recent trip- Hawaii! 😍 They have given me cash bonuses when I hit the Annual Sales Award, and even monthly bonuses when I hit the Monthly Sales Awards. They really take care of their consultants and I am so blessed to be a part of the journey!
I always said, "man, what if I fail at Scentsy?" That was the question I always asked myself when I signed up. It held me back for a couple of months as I doubted my abilities before signing up. But now, I am asking myself "what if" in an entirely different way. What if I didn't join Scentsy!? I would still be at my old job which I didn't love. I wouldn't have gotten my dream vacation to Alaska. I wouldn't have met new friends. I wouldn't have so many wonderful things and people I have if I wouldn't have taken that leap of faith.
Now, onto a little bit about me aside from Scentsy! I am a lover of true crime, coffee, traveling and podcasts! However, the biggest loves of my life are my husband and my three kids. I have three kids ages 15, 13 and 10. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 17 years. We also have two fur babies, Penny and Teddy, a python named Nyx, and 7 chickens. I am a Reading Interventionist at my daughter's elementary school and I LOVE my job.
